Grant Opportunities

United Way continually strives to find or create new funding and partnership opportunities for our community of non-profit organizations.

See below for the most up to date opportunities:

The Council’s R2 Program is a competitive grant program administered by selected grant managers to support community-based initiatives. The program provides funding to eligible organizations to implement projects focused on long-term community revitalization. United Way of Southeastern Connecticut is administering the R2 grant for Norwich, City of New London, and Windham. The Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) is accessible below. It is encouraged that potential applicants review the NOFO in full and attend an information session.

Temelio Instructions

One team member will register the organization. If applying for more than one program and having more than one staff person complete applications, the original account creator will add team members to the organization, allowing them to create an account associated with the organization and at the same time preventing duplication.
